Alhamdulillah our Center delivered 100 lunches for the Virtua healthcare workers and National Guard members serving at the Covid-19 Vaccination Megasite in Moorestown Mall
We would like to share with you that on Wed, Feb. 3, 2021, our Center delivered 100 lunches for the Virtua healthcare workers and National Guard members serving at the Covid-19 Vaccination Megasite in Moorestown Mall. As our nation is still facing the ongoing pandemic, the work at this South Jersey Vaccination location remains very critical in making sure that our communities get vaccinated.
We are very thankful to the Virtua healthcare workers and to the members of the National Guard who are working very hard administering the COVID Vaccine. “In appreciation of their dedicated services, we would like to provide boxed lunches for them”, wrote Abdul Rasheed, a longtime community leader at ICSJ, as he reached out to the Office of Philanthropy at Virtua Health to coordinate for the delivery of the lunches (from Panera Bread) for the workers there.
ICSJ’s community members hope and pray that the end of these trying times is near, and the vaccine will help in return of health, stability and peace in our everyday lives.
