ICSJ COMMUNITY GUIDELINES FOR RAMADAN THIS YEAR: 1. Tarawih Prayers (with registration)
Based on updated NJ State and CDC State Guidelines for social distancing and vaccination efforts, we have decided to have Tarawīh prayers in a limited capacity this Ramadan.
The same social distancing, masking, and mandatory prior registration guidelines for Jumu’ah will apply for anyone who wishes to pray Tarāwīh at the Masjid. As of right now, the Masjid has a limit of 50 men and 15 women.
The first 8 Raka’āt of Tarāwīh will be completed inshāAllāh within 30 minutes after praying ‘Ishā. The Huffāz will inshāAllāh complete an entire Khatm of the Qur'ān this year in Tarāwīh.
2. No weekend iftars dinners
Similar to last year, and due to existing COVID-19 restrictions and safety measures, we have decided not to have weekend Iftār dinners on-site at ICSJ this year.

Participating South Jersey Masājid and Islamic Centers will have the relevant information for pickup dates and locations throughout Ramadān soon. Information regarding sponsorship will be shared with the community soon inshāAllāh.
